[Dxbase] PJ and UA problem

OK I understand. My fear, being old and decrepit, is that I will get on the
wrong line or make a typing mistake in doing the changes. I have done them
in the past but I just don't trust myself anymore. I think that Neal's idea
of making it available if you want to install it is a good one for both you
and I. Can't get better than a win, win!

Not necessarily different from the accepted correct file, but this allows me
to make the changes as soon as I'm ready to, instead of waiting for the
update file to be available.
Then once I am satisfied with changes I have made, I prefer not to have
those changes overwritten.
I certainly have no problem with anyone using an update file. Great for
anyone who wants to do it that way, but I have always made updates myself,
and prefer to still have the ability to do that.
