[Dxbase] PJ and UA problem

Sounds great as long as:
1. I can still make manual changes to the country prefixes database or to 
specific callsigns at any time.
2. File update can't overwrite any manual changes I have made to either of 
the above.
If these conditions can't be met, I still prefer to make my own changes.
