[Dxbase] Deleted PJ2 and PJ7 Info - Oops!

Would someone be kind enough to send me the all the info for PJ2 and PJ7 as
found in the prefix database. That is Country name, lat, long, ARRL ID
etc...... 
Yes I will admit I was dumb enough to erase the info. 
Also is there a list off Call Alias that have posted somewhere? Sort of lost
track, will Neal's update program do the call alias' as well if I decide to
go that way?
