[Dxbase] Another Prefix Update Question

Sri I answered the wrong question with the wrong answer!
If you try to import unknown prefixes, etc., the import program will reject
them so they will not be there to be counted. So you need to do the database
updates in order to get the 4O's, E5's, PJ4's into the log to begin with.
