[Dxbase] AftertheContest-NewBand-Mode.rpt Colors?

Joe made that one for me way back.
I was chasing that 'Dream Total' and he wrote that as a quick way for me 
to figure out who I needed to send cards to.
but you know, I can't remember the reason for the colors either. LOL
Getting old is just not fair!!!!
