[Dxbase] Updater - Another Possible Issue: Beam Headings

See the DXB HELP file under User Options / User General Options. I think it
has to do with how math functions work in the underlying program Access.

That is something that I had always wondered about in DXBase.
When you put in your longitude you must put it in as a + value
While all other programs that I have had it must be entered as a - value
(which is correct).

Actually it is DXBase that is wrong. West longitude is negative! Maybe you
can't fix this in the current release but it should be corrected in the next
release.

Updater issue, the imported longitude settings from the clublog data has the
sign inverted, will be corrected in the next release!
