[Dxbase] Updater - Another Possible Issue: Beam Headings

Hi Ron
I understand your point, in that is how I made the mistake in the updater.
Sadly, I discovered early in my testing that I was going to need to invert
the sign in the clublog data and completely forgot to do it. Its possible it
will change sometime but its not a big deal.
