[Dxbase] Updater Once or Twice

I also run 2 computers and to be on the safe side - I did the updater on 
both of them separately -- This program ( the updater ) is fast -- no body 
is going to grow old waiting those extra few minutes that it takes for peace 
of mind and leaning a little towards a bit more of a secure feeling .. Both 
computers match now and they are networked so when I make changes on one the 
other is going to be in sync..
