Rick,
In the context of an MS Access 97 database structure, this is a catch all
error generated by the DAO engine when it is unable to open or read portions
of one or more of the tables within a particular database.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/302498
In layman terms, your database is corrupted. Since there two .mdb databases
used in DXbase, one if your QSO and statistics DB, the other is your
reference database, I don't really know which one is generating the error.
If you have backups, put them in. If not, try creating a new QSO database
table using the steps described for when numeric statistics trouble occurs
in the error section of the help file. If the problem persists, it might
be your refdata.mdb is in trouble. If that's the case, you'll be the first
user in 10 years to ever have this problem and I don't have any solutions in
mind short of locating a working refdata.mdb database, but remember that
refdata and your QSO database are tied together by the prefix values used in
both and if you try to use a refdata.mdb that contains prefix data different
than what is in your log, then you will still have problems.
