[Dxbase] My dxb2007 does not find the Hosts file

The hosts file should still be in the DXB directory but you need to copy the file and paste it into c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 
Then it should work I also added this to my hoots file and I dont remember why ? But it all works 
127.0.0.1 localhost 
::1 localhost

Hi. 
I know this has been discussed before but i have deleted old mails on 
the subject. 
I am using Vista and have just installed dxb2007. When I open the 
Tools/Option/user option and 
go to the Internet tab Dxb does not find the Hosts file and I can not 
connect to an internet dx cluster. 
There is a Hosts file with all the ip addresses in the directory where 
dxb2007 is installed and also 
in my Windows directory. 
What should I do to help Dxb2007 find the Hosts file?
