[Dxbase] Hampton County/VA in data base

Magazine USA-CA web site rules (
http://www.cq-amateur-radio.com/usacarul.html ). Also, paragraph #4 in
"County Identity" says "4. In the case of cities, parks, or reservations not
within counties proper, applicants may claim any one of the adjoining
counties for credit (once)."
 Looks like Hampton should belong to some county, at least from USA-CA ham
award perspective...
