[Dxbase] something was damaged

This condition is described in the Error Message section of the help file.
Essentially, your numeric statistics table which is part of your QSO
database is damaged. To fix it, create a new empty database and import all
Qs from the damaged .mdb into the newly created one. Then at program
startup, select the new .mdb.
