[Dxbase] Installing DXbase 2007 on Windows 7 64 bits

Installing DXbase 2007 on my 64 bits W7 computer is not as easy as could be.
Installing works fine until it comes to the .reg file.
Neal tells me to:
..
2. Unzip the .zip file to expose the .reg file.
3. Double click the .reg file and when asked if it's ok to store in
registry, you should say yes.
..
When I try to unzip, Windows security warning appears: "Windows security
warning: This file can be harmful. Access to this file has been blocked to
better protect your computer" (Translated from my Norwegian W7 version.)
I try to open the attached .reg file in other editors (Notepad, Word) but I
can't find the file, even if I look for all kind of files.
I guess there is a lock on the reg file editing in my system. How do I get
around it?
This installation might have been easier, but maybe some skilful fellow ham
can help?
