[Dxbase] To Neal: new WSJT modes

Al is entirely correct, I guess I am too focused on v10 right now.
The whole concept of digital submodes is an active discussion on the ADIF
group. I will plan to follow what that group decides, but you can always do
as suggested (even in version 10)!
