[Dxbase] Couple of items for next release

Hi Joe,
Well that's surprising. I'm running DXB2006 and I just checked W7WA in my
Previous QSO's window. I have quite a few contest Q's in my log and the
query showed the last contact as first in the list. All the others were in
ascending order, but the last one was at the top of the list. I closed my
database, made a backup and ran the Compact utility. When I restarted and
checked W7WA again all QSO's were now in ascending order. Those on the same
date were in ascending time order. Not sure why it works for me and not
you.
