[Dxbase] Couple of items for next release

Have to agree that not having previous QSOs in chronological order is
confusing for me also. I used to think that the QSOs were put in order
when the tables were initialized or the program rebooted but that doesn't
seem to be the case.
I don't originate enough QSLs any more to worry about labels as those are
done by hand when I want to send one and I hand write all replies to
requests. I also answer every SWL request for a card but try to make sure
that the report is valid.
