[Dxbase] Back up and adif file export problems windows 7 32 bit

I am using windows 7 32 bit and having more problems
I am trying to export mu files in adif format to send to lotw and put on
another computer and everything I used to do is now all wrong and I am
having nothing but problems I keep coming up with only two contacts in adif 
I am also having problems doing a back up I have 38k contacts on this
program and have been using since dos and never had the problems I am
experiencing now can someone please walk me through this
