[Dxbase] DXB reports for Grids

Joe, I have been working with this list. I think I have figured it out
myself.
1. Sloppy bookkeeping on my part.
2. Grids worked not confirmed. I am going to "previous QSOs" and
searching by grid. I then see the "worked not confirmed" station and
can then go back and reconcile with my logs, etc.
