You realize that the FT-736R CIV can only be written too and NOT read from. In other words you could tell DXBase to change the freq on the 736 BUT DXB Can NOT ask the 736 what freq, mode etc that it is on. Just one way communications. 73 de Tony, KD4K Happy New Year -----Original Message----- From: dxbase-bounces at mailman.qth.net [mailto:dxbase-bounces at mailman.qth.net] On Behalf Of K4YYL at aol.com Sent: Monday, December 28, 2009 8:00 PM To: dxbase at mailman.qth.net Subject: [Dxbase] FT-736R and DXbase 2007 I know it's not listed as a radio in the user options Radio setup, but wonder if anyone has been successful in running/freq. controlling an FT-736R with DXbase 2007 . I know it would need a level converter to interface with a serial port. Hope a radio that is in the selection list has been found to work. Anyone? Thanks in advance. 73, Art, K4YYL ______________________________________________________________ Dxbase mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dxbase Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:Dxbase at mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
