[Dxbase] Fwd: [ARUser] VE7CC DxBase Win 7 and Local host..

Ok after a couple days trying to figure out what the hell was going on Tony came to the rescue. 
Read below for the proper info to make VE7CC and Dxbase work together..

Well Tony your the only one that gave me the right info as far as what needs to be in the host file. 
It now works fine. I read lots of stuff on the internet and also on the dxbase reflector and I just got 
done putting the line in the hosts file just like you show it and it works. 
Typed in exactly like this (127.0.0.1:7300 localhost)

I didn't have any problems with mine. Just make sure your host file is in 
the following folder. 
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 
And has the localhost entry is as follows. 
127.0.0.1:7300 localhost 
That is about all I can offer.

Anyone figure out how to connect VE7CC and DxBase thru local host using 
Windows 7.. Ive read all the help stuff posted to get local host work in 
Win7 but it just doesnt want to work. I can connect to ve7cc with Dxbase but 
no way will it connect thru local host.
