[Dxbase] DXbase Stats are incorrect

It should be a simple matter of going to the Tools menu and selecting
Initialize Tables. This will recalibrate all of the summary records for
DXCC, IOTA, etc. against the database,. If possible, I will be doing this
automatically at program startup in the next version.
