Wes,
Winhlp32 was discontinued with Vista and is still not shipped with Windows
7.
BUT you can go to the links below to download it for install, from
Microsoft.
For Vista the link is http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=82148
For Windows 7 it is http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=166421
And these version work just the same as it did in XP so you can view
All your OLD help files without any problem.

I've recently upgraded from 2005 to 2007 and just discovered after printing
a ton of QSL labels, that the time column in the log is showing six digits,
instead of the four it used to display.
The help file is no help and is worthless in Vista. How can I get this back
to four digits before I waste another few sheets of labels?
