[Dxbase] DXB2007 Time display

Well now wait a minute:
In 2007, the seconds was added to the QSO record because there was a large
number of folks who needed to be able to save QSOs with the same hhmm time,
such as county hunters who make QSOs from different counties in the same
hhmm... thus the seconds were necessary to make the QSOs unique. You can
size the QSO Time column to only show hhmm.
As for the labels, you can modify the label time field to only display hhmm
per my earlier post on the topic.
