[Dxbase] export from dxlab to dxbase

Greg,
Humm, what if you tried this? Go to LOTW and download all your confirmed
QSL's. Then do a Non-DXBase Import and select LOTW adif as the import
format. If you already have some LOTW records confirmed in DXB they will
not import again. Only the missing ones will be imported. That may do it
for you.
