[Dxbase] Populating QSLS Column with "LoTW" or "Both" Automatically

Hi Bob
There are 2 ways information could get into the log: 1. doing a Non-DXB
import of ADIF information, either adif import from another program or the
adif confirmations you download from the LOTW site, or 2. from Joe's LOTW
program which does query the LOTW service and updates the database.
DXB doesn't have a LOTW access function. Its one of the main priorities of
version 10.
