[Dxbase] Anomaly

I just received a QSL from PJ4R for a couple of QSOs on RTTY, one for 20 
and the other for 40-meters.
I dutifully opened the Previous QSOs window, input the call and marked 
both QSOs confirmed. I closed the window and did an "Initialize Tables".
In the Summary window, there was a "C" in the 40-meter box, but an "*" 
in the 20-meter box. Clicking on the "*" brought up the Previous QSOs 
window where I observed that in the "CFM column there was "Card."
Closing and reopening the program corrected this but it seems that 
initializing tables doesn't.

ps. No matter what I do, the Previous QSOs window always opens partially 
minimized. I "stretch it" and close it, but it never remembers the 
size. PITA.
