Hi All,
ARRL was kind enough to contact me in advance and let me know that when 
their new website goes live, the current default LoTW download link will 
no longer function. You'll need to use this one instead:
https://p1k.arrl.org/lotwuser/lotwreport.adi?login=
On the LoTW form in AC Log, click the LoTW Server Settings link (in the 
upper right hand corner) and replace the Download link. This link 
currently works, so you can go ahead and make the change now.
