[Dxbase] HPM/140 SE & DXB WPX field

Problem with only logging the root part of the call and not the suffix is
that LoTW won't hit on it, and if you're printing labels/cards, they won't
address properly. Really, everything including the suffix IS the proper
callsign. I hope in a future version of the program that these suffixes are
taken into account, but for now, I'd say it's probably better to live with
it.

I notice this everytime a /AM is it, for aeronatical mobile. That puts the
call as dx in spain
it also screws up the dx spot, because I may actually miss the state that
was spotted...
I think the only solution is to NOT add these prefixes directly to the spot,
keep the /whatever as a comment after the spotted callsign
