[Dxbase] Joe wa6axe - eQSL lessons learned - update to myprevious

As did Joe, I got lots of emails asking me to fix (re: change/create) qsos.
I found an option in eQSL that prevents people sending me email requests.
Since then....no more requests.
For the honest who use eQSL, I upload my logs.
