[Dxbase] FT-450 Radios.ini file entry is ready for use

To all:
Rolf (LA9FFA) and I have been working the past two days,
trying to get this Yeasu FT-450 transceiver to talk with
DXbase2007. Finally, just a minute ago, we got it 100%
perfect.
We wanted the FASTEST speed possible, without any errors, etc ..
The FT450 entry for your Radios.ini file will be at the end of
this email ... and, here are the settings that Rolf (LA9FFA) is
using inside of the MENU in his FT-450:
CATTOT = 100
BAUDSPEED = 38400
CATRTS = ENABLED

All of the above settings were used when Rolf checked out 
the SPOTTING QSY for a regular SPOT and also for a QSX Split
SPOT ... all of the functions that we normally use worked
100% perfectly -- and super fast -- with the above settings.
Passing this info along as FYI to anyone with a FT450/ FT950.
