[Dxbase] Final outcome GlobalQSL - Joe wa6axe

To all:
Tnx to the users who did email me that they were using the
GlobalQSL service. 
Since there are only 5 users who responded that they are
currently using the service - and, that their method of
using the service/selecting the QSOs - did not lend itself
to a "Special Wizard" (for selection of many qsos), I
am not going to work further on the project that I started.
