Thanks Dave - problem solved! The key was your reminder that DXB doesn't
need the frequency because it already has it. In my case, not! The router
configuration I was using from MMTTY did not specify a com port for CAT as
MMTTY doesn't try to control the radio in any way. In my DXB router
configuration it is Com2 and it works. So I changed the router
configuration from MMTTY to set CAT to Com2 and now DXB gets the frequency
from the radio when AXETTY send the QSO info over. I have now created a new
router preset for AXETTY. Incidentally, without having the CAT port
specified I noticed a significant delay in the logging of the QSO from
AXETTY. Now, with the CAT port specified, the logging is virtually
instantaneous. Apparently the delay was being caused by DXB searching for
the frequency info and not finding it as the port was not properly defined.
I knew it had to be pilot error somewhere!!! Thanks again for the tip.
