[Dxbase] DXCC Submission Confusion

Both Joe, WA6AXE, and George, W1EBI, responded to my query and both
provided excellent information. Thanks to you both! I'm reminded
again of why I invested in DXBase back in 2003.
My original submission was made from a DOS-based program called (I
think) DXLog. I recalled that upon importing from DXLog into DXBase,
my old, the original DXCC submissions were retained. Sure enough,
they were. That, along with the tools in DXBase, makes life much easier.
