[Dxbase] Win 7 & DXBase Generated CW

I was never able to get CW to key via DX Base until I got a MicroKeyer with
Winkeyer support. Even now, it's tenuous at best, with the Winkey part
shutting off regularly and somewhat arbitrarily.

I really don't know. I am not experiencing the big problems with Win7 that
others are but I have not tried cw generation.
How many of you are using native cw generation as opposed to winkeyer
support in DXBase?
