[Dxbase] Brand-New DXCC Application is now posted - Joe wa6axe

I'm using XP here, and not Vista, but I decided to rename the original files 
to different file names. Then put the new files in the DXbase directory. 
There was then no overwriting of files required. Maybe that would work for 
you?
