[Dxbase] DXBase 2000 .mdb logs to .adi LoTW

Finally going to try putting logs into LoTW as files. Been using the Wizard 
to create reports but not finding the reports much less the correct .adi file 
type. I need LoTW/DXBase "101" help for DXBase 2000 files .mdb Are conversion 
programs available to convert these files to .adi? If so, where/what? How 
does one locate the "report" file generated by DXBase Wizard? There is never a 
request for a file name.
