Tnx Joe for the input. I switched off AFC. Now the Demodulator stays at
2125/170. This is helpful for tuning with the XY scope. Can't think of any
reason for turning on the AFC? It seems every selection within the AFC
caused the Demodulator Mark/Space to change. And then the XY scope was not
at right angles when a station was tuned in properly.

Tony,
What you are seeing is described in the MMTTY Help
files under the TITLE of "AFC/ATC/PLL Tab" - then, look
for the Section entitled "Shift" ..
When I personally operate with MMTTY Engine or
Full-version MMTY or my AXETTY - I always call for
"Fixed" Shift .. but, this is my personal preference.
Your own operating might be different.
