[Dxbase] Farewell

Well, many have talked privately over the past year or so fearing this
was coming.
It shouldn't be a suprise.
Hopefully someone will be interested in buying in & continuing &
improving the program.
I was very pleased with dx desktop by debco but it was dropped in 1999
and we switched to dxbase upgrading every year through 2007 and have
enjoyed the program very much.
