[Dxbase] Logging from Hamscope ver 1.56

I am trying out Hamscope ver 1.56 and find a facility to log qsos directly
into DXBase 2006. I use the RigExpert Standard as interface.
But the frequency format is different, and I wonder how I can fix it.
My IC7000 readout shows 3.613.20 in LSB
Hamscope rigcontrol reads out 003,61320 LSB
When logging into DXBase i get:
3611,95.00
On 20 meter:
Hamscope Rigcontrol: 014,30448
Logging into DXB: 14303,22.00
We have the problem with comma/point, and we have the problem with the 1.25
kHz difference.
Any explanation?
Any solution?
