[Dxbase] Missing a spot in DX Info Window

I think my problem may have been that the spot I missed had already been spotted earlier. Anyway, I do practice all the suggestions you make below (all good ones!). I do run VE7CC separately and it feeds (linked to) DXB. That way I can use all the filtering that VE7CC provides. This last occurrence was not during a contest. I use different logging programs during contests.
Thanks, and 73,
Rod

>> I had complaints about this issue as well, this is what i did that helped this issue.
>> First, is your VE7CC running separately or is DXB linked to VE7CC? Linking DXB to VE7CC works best and not dropped calls observed.
>> Second, if running separately are you connected to the same packet node? If so make sure you use call sign WA9YSD-2 and WA9YSD. I used WA9YSD in the logging program packet and when connecting to packet with VE7CC soft ware I use WA9YSD-2.
>> Third, with DXB and VE7CC linked I just use WA9YSD I for got if I used 2 calls as well.
>> Forth, did this situation happen during a contest? Maybe this sync issue with DXB did not dissapear.
>> Fifth, Defrag your hard drive ever 2 weeks, clean up your drive from Cache and the sort every 2 weeks as well. This too will clear up this problem from happening.
>> Sixth, I know I forgot something else.
>> Stay on course, fight a good fight, and keep the faith. Jim K9TF/WA9YSD
