[Dxbase] DXbPSK2.28 and XP-Pro

Vista and Win 7 do not support the old 32 bit help files. You need to go to 
The link below, download and install WinHlp32.exe and then it should work.

I downloaded PSK 2.28 sometime ago under Vista. The program runs, but the
Help file is corrupted somehow. When I click on Help the window opens and
all the topic categories display, but the main window says "Navigation to
the webpage was canceled. What you can try: Retype the address." How do I
do that? What is the address? Is this on the web or an internal in DXB
somewhere?
