[Dxbase] LOTW file?

About two months ago Joe, WA6AXE, sent me a file with compares our 
local data with LOTW data and would tell you which ones are missing 
if there were any. He took it off his website pretty quick as it was 
dangerous and could be confusing.
I had it and liked it but recently my mother board went south on me 
and I managed to back up everything but that one file.
If somebody has that file could you please email me send it as a attachment ??
Any help will certainly be appreciated and I don't want to bother Joe 
as I hear his wife is ill.
