[Dxbase] Trouble Docking Transmit Toolbar

I am having trouble getting the Transmit Toolbar to dock. Normally I have
both the Transmit Toolbar and the Previous QSO Toolbar docked at the bottom
of the screen side by side. When these windows are docked you can normally
switch from a view that shows the title box to a view without the title box
by double clicking the left mouse button in the frame of the tool bar.
Hiding the title box in this way also causes the toolbar to take up less
screen space and to dock to the bottom of the screen just above the status
bar.
All was running okay when I fumbled clicking the mouse in the Transmit
Toolbar causing the window to switch to floating view. I could not get it to
dock again.
When I went into the Transmit Toolbar control menu by right mouse clicking
in its frame to see if Allow Docking was still checked I found I can uncheck
the Float in Main Window choice but it won't let me check Allow Docking
(Allow Docking is grayed out when Float in Main Window is checked but not
grayed out when Float in Main Window is unchecked but I still can't get a
check to appear next to Allow Docking).
The docking/floating function for the Previous QSO Toolbar seems to be
working OK but it has no Float in Main Window choice just an Allow Docking
that, when unchecked makes it float.
Any ideas on how to restore the docking control to the Transmit Toolbar
short of reinstalling the program which is a big PIA?
TIA
