[Dxbase] Deleted Countires

Tom and Tim,
Tom - Tim is correct here -- That is one of the reports I made long ago.
So, except for making a totally separate/unique report for just the
Deleted Entities (and depending on how you were going to use the
info) .. 
The report that Tim specified should get you there.
