[Dxbase] HELP REQUEST

When I started DXBase this afternoon the QSO log window does not show any entries.
The window is on the screen with QSO Log for K0DEQ.mdb at the top but there are no entries shown. At the left side of the window there is a column of rectangular boxes with nothing in any of the boxes. The remainder of the window is blank.
AT the bottom in its usual location is:: Record 76242 - and when I initialize the tables the screen reports reading 76240 QSOs so I assume all of the QSOs are in there somewhere.
I have restarted Dxbase several times and initialized tables several times with no change in the QSO log window.
Any suggestions please?
