[Dxbase] FT100D control with DXBase

FWIW...I finally did get the FT100D working -- sort of -- with 
DXBase...It seems to be fine except in split mode...The documentation 
in the manual combined with someone who really doesn't know what he 
is doing (hi hi) required trial and error with the radios.ini 
file. What is in that file definitely doesn't work for the 
FT100D. If anyone wants the info I put in, let me know and I'll send 
it to you...
The really weird thing is that DXBase gets the "split" from the radio 
on 40 and 80 meters but none of the other bands...it's going to take 
someone who knows more about CAT commands than me to figure that one
