[Dxbase] Band change

I have one issue when using a Steppir beam and any radio at my qth with
dxbase 2007. 
OK, here goes, (Radio is hooked up to PC serial port) I can change bands on
the Rig and the steppir Beam follows the band change (Changes to same band
as radio) with ONE CLICK of the mouse in DXLAB commander, Ham Radio Deluxe,
N4PY program except DXbase 2007.
When a DX station appears on the DX Cluster and I click the mouse on the DX
station the radio changes to the band of the DX station (Good). The Steppir
does not(bad). I click the dx station call from the cluster a 2nd time and
the steppir now band changes to the band of the DX station along with the
rig.
I always have to do this twice, only in DXBase 2007. 
Any thoughts why????
