Hans, nice job pushing for this nice surprise from Trey! I can't spare my
920, but I'll be near the head of the line for an INRAD roofing filter when
we hear it's for real.

This morning I received this message from Trey (the owner of Inrad):

An FT-920 roofing filter mod looks like a possibility. There is plenty 
of space in the rig, but there will be some PC board modification 
required inside the radio, just like with our roofing filter mod for the 
IC-756Pro series.
I know that you know a *lot* of FT-920 owners. Do you know anyone who 
is willing to lend us a radio so we can develop a prototype? If the mod 
makes a significant improvement, then we will leave it installed with 
our thanks for letting us borrow the radio, otherwise we will remove it 
and do our best to patch things up when we are done.
