I may have found a solution?
There is a programme called WinWarbler from the DXLAB Suite of free software
by Dave Bernstein that just may do the trick and it shows it has support to
log data to DXBase.
To late in the evening for me to download and try WinWarbler, but if anyone
has input as to this programme supporting the newer interfaces such as the
microHAM USB soundcard type products please let me know, PSK - RTTY - CW
etc..
