[Dxbase] DXBasePSK v2.10 - Soundcard Question

How do I tell DXBasePSK v.2.10 to use soundcards above Secondary (1) in my
computer. My computer has 4 sound card options and I wish to use physical
sound card #4 which is a microHAM sound device.

For some reason the help file associated with the PSK software is not
complete (or something?). Another question for later if I can figure the
help file out.
